FAQ’s

1. How long will my order take?

Upon final approval from customer, 3 business days for all cards except for the pocket card. Pocket cards will ship with in 7 business days.

2. Are there shipping charges?

Yes. Shipping is $4.95 for orders under $50 and $8 for orders over 50.

3. What forms of payment are accepted?

Ordering online is easy and simple. Our shopping cart system utilizes Paypal. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO ORDER. Via Paypal, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Paypal is a free secure service to you. You will not be required to create a Paypal account.

4. What is your return policy?

Stationery may not be returned unless there is a defect in the final product. We highly recommend that you carefully check the example that we send to you for approval (correct spelling, font, picture placement, etc) and make any changes necessary before giving your approval. Once approval is given we will print your stationery. If for some reason you find that there is an error after your approval is given, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to correct it. However, if approval was given and it has already been printed, we are unable to correct it.

5. Personal Service

We provide you with personal service and design the stationery to fit your specific needs. We are able to customize orders with ribbon, embellishments and various colors of paper at additional cost. Our goal is to leave you completely satisfied with your stationery, invitations and/or announcements.
